Forms and Rules

Collins Auction Co., Ltd. (“Collins”) would, normally, hold a monthly Online Auction; and, every three (3) months for On-ground Auction, with the related person, as follows:

1. Bidder means the users who bid before after or during and auction or make an offer for an item advertised by Collins
2. Buyer means the Bidder who wins the auction or whose Bid or offer is accepted.
3. Seller means the person who has entered the Item for an Auction.
4. Auctioneer refers to COLLINS AUCTION CO., LTD., registered no. 0245564001921, located at no. 6/1 Rama 9 Road, Hua. Mak, Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand

Cars that have been selected and participated in the Online Auction, in each round, will have an auction period for 7 days in total. Each bidding will be opened 30 minutes apart.

Processing fee

The Bidder can join our Online Auction by completing the Bidder Registration [Link] ; and by purchasing the Ticket. Types/Categories of ticket are available for purchase in bronze, silver and gold. For more information, including the price, please study our Ticket Terms & Conditions [ Link ]. 

• Ticket

The Bidder can use 1 ticket per each Online Auction. A purchased ticket has no expiry date and will be stored online in your Profile page.

If the Bidder wins the Auction: the ticket is nonrefundable. The executing officer will deduct the price of the ticket from the full payment of an amount in which the successful bidder has placed the bid and won. The remaining amount shall be paid in accordance with the confirmation email sent to the successful Bidder.

If the Bidder loses the Auction: the ticket is refundable. However, service fees and credit card fees are not refundable.

• For Sold-Out Car

Collins will charge the processing fee from buyer, solely, in one (1) percent, calculating from the final auction price at the time when the auction is closed. 

• For Unsold Car

Collins will charge a processing fee from the seller, solely, in an amount of five thousand (5,000) Thai Baht, for administration cost and operating cost for conduction an Online Auction of the car.

In case the seller asks for canceling the auction before the auction can be closed, for any reason whatsoever, Collins will charge the processing fee of one (1) percent from the seller, calculating from the Agreed Reserve Price.
